For orders below £100 ex VAT, there is a small delivery charge of £9.50 ex VAT. Products marked incur a pallet delivery charge starting from £45 ex VAT (ceramics) and from £70 ex VAT (panel systems), regardless of total order value.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do you offer trade discounts?”]Trade discount is already reflected in the price shown online.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can you send a quotation?”]As an online retailer, Trade Washrooms display all pricing online and do not provide a quotation service.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I open a credit account?”]No. Trade Washrooms offer two payment options at Checkout, either Payment via Card or Payment via Proforma (for bank transfer).[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can we pay by invoice/bank transfer?”]Yes. Simply select the Payment via Proforma option at Checkout, and on placing your order, you will receive a proforma email with our bank details for payment. Once paid, you will receive a VAT invoice via email, and your order will then be processed.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I have a VAT invoice?”]On receipt of payment, a VAT invoice is automatically sent to the email address provided during Checkout.
