Delivery Information

Trade Washrooms is a business-to-business (B2B) platform, and orders from individual consumers are not accepted.

Delivery is ONLY available to business addresses (staffed Mon-Fri) within Mainland UK.
Orders over £100 ex VAT qualify for free delivery, excluding products marked *
For orders below £100 ex VAT, there is a small delivery charge of £9.50 ex VAT.

*Products marked are delivered on a pallet to protect them from damage in transit. Orders containing these products incur a delivery charge starting from £45 ex VAT (ceramics) and from £70 ex VAT (panel systems), regardless of total order value.

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, certain products are dispatched directly from our suppliers, and therefore your order may be delivered in separate instalments.

We deliver between Monday and Friday. Deliveries will be made to an external ground floor kerbside location at your chosen address, and a signature will be required upon delivery. The recipient of the products is responsible for any additional lifting once the delivery has been made.

Most products are stocked and the estimated delivery time is shown on each product page in working days (Mon-Fri), for example, Delivered within X – Y working days. All quoted delivery times are estimates, and although we will try our best to meet them, we will not be responsible if we are unable to do so.

We strongly suggest that you do not schedule or commence any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all the goods are suitable for your purposes and do not have any defects or missing parts. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs or charges which you incur due to non-delivery of an order, or orders that have not been checked on delivery.

Risk of loss and damage in the products will pass to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date on which we make our first attempt to deliver them to you.
 

Missing Part, Faulty or Damaged Product

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is missing a part, faulty or damaged, we will send the missing part or replace the product as long as we are notified in writing within 2 working days of delivery.

Non-delivery should be notified in writing within 7 working days of the invoice date.

Our supply chain dictates these terms; no claims will be entertained outside these timeframes.
