Description
This full-height IPS panel assembly from Trade Washrooms complies with Healthcare Building Note (HBN) 00-10 Part C (previously HTM64). Boxed-out IPS units like this are preferred to maintain the integrity of rear firewalls and acoustic rated walls. The 225mm depth allows for all services to be fitted within the boxed-out unit.

Easy to Clean
Manufactured from 12mm CompacMel Plus, a material designed for highly humid environments, panels include a robust melamine layer to both sides that is super easy to clean.
Flush Fitting Access Panels
The IPS unit has two flush fitting access panels minimising dirt traps. These panels are hinged for ease of maintenance and also have a simple lock device to prevent unauthorised opening.
Quick and Simple Installation
The boxed-out IPS unit is pre-assembled to reduce installation time, can be cut to suit the ceiling height and can be installed first to allow the floor and ceiling to be finished. The unit is designed to allow space for soap dispensers to be fitted.
Greener Alternative to Solid Grade Laminate
CompacMel Plus is an environmentally friendly product. The production process for CompacMel saves up to 80% of the emission of greenhouse gases compared to traditional solid grade laminates, and the material is fully recyclable.
Certified Antibacterial Surface
CompacMel Plus has been certified by an external laboratory in the UK, confirming that the performance of the surface inhibits the growth and development of bacteria, without affecting its coating features. Testing followed procedures outlined by ISO 22196: 2011 with S. Aureus which can produce a large variety of diseases, ranging from skin and mucous infections to life-threatening diseases such as meningitis and pneumonia, and E. Coli, which can cause diarrhoea and serious intestinal issues.
