A disposal unit should be provided in clinical areas for the disposal of liquid and solid waste. This Slop Hopper, Bowl and Drainer Kit is compliant with Healthcare Building Note (HBN) 00-10 Part C, specifically design DU HS. (A slop hopper is also referred to as a sluice sink).
An additional requirement for a disposal unit assembly is lever action taps to provide separate manual control of hot and cold water (sold separately).
