A disposal unit should be provided in clinical areas for the disposal of liquid and solid waste. This Slop Hopper and Drainer Kit is compliant with Healthcare Building Note (HBN) 00-10 Part C, specifically design DU H. (A slop hopper is also referred to as a sluice sink).
An additional requirement for a disposal unit assembly is lever action taps to provide separate manual control of hot and cold water (sold separately).
